Attention, crooks and thugs! Here come little sheriffs who will call them to order with a whistle. They even have a small cell phone with which they can call for backup if necessary, arrest anyone who won't listen, and handcuff them. When everyone is well-behaved and willing to follow the rules, the little police officers and law enforcement officers release them.
