Unfortunately, my product is damaged. Where can I file a complaint?

We are very sorry that you have encountered defects in our products.
Please contact us using the complaint form or by email ( info@klein-toys.com ) stating the article number, your place of residence/country and, if possible, a picture of the damage.

How are the products tested?

Our products are always tested for compliance with the relevant EU safety regulations, such as EN71, before they are first placed on the market. Repeat tests are carried out regularly after production begins. As a general rule, items shipped to a specific country are tested for compliance with the respective country-specific toy safety regulations (e.g., ASTM in the USA).
